Check the sign-in method

Use the same sign-in method you used when creating the account. Review the phone number, country code or other identifier carefully. A different sign-in method may open a different account.

Make sure the app has finished loading and your connection is working. If the problem is an installation error rather than a sign-in message, start with Android help.

When a verification code does not arrive

Check that the destination shown by the app is yours. Allow any visible resend timer to finish before requesting another code. Use the newest code and follow the expiry information on the screen.

Do not send a code to someone claiming to help you. Support should not need your password or one-time code to explain a recovery procedure.

Use the recovery option

Follow the password-reset or account-recovery option offered by the service. If you no longer have access to the registered contact method, use the support route shown inside the app or on its own website.

Do not create repeated accounts to work around a recovery problem. Reinstalling an app is also not a substitute for recovering access.

Describe the issue clearly

Record the exact error, when it started, your device model and Android version. Explain whether you can open the app and which step fails. Share only the account information requested through the service’s verified support route.

For a public screenshot, hide phone numbers, balances and personal details. This guide cannot reset an app account or resolve a transaction.
