Menu, questions and the knowledge check
On a small screen, open the navigation with the menu button. Use it again, tap outside the menu, or press Escape to close it. The current page is marked in the navigation where applicable.
On the homepage, select a question to expand its answer. The card knowledge check gives an immediate explanation after you choose an answer. Answers are handled in your browser and are not saved by this site.
If the page looks incomplete
Refresh the page and check your connection. Your browser’s text-size controls and zoom can make the guide easier to read. The articles and diagrams remain available without JavaScript; the short knowledge check requires it.
If you are using a shared device, you can read without creating an account. This guide has no sign-in or payment form.
App accounts and product support
This site cannot access an app account, reset a password, review a payment or provide an installer. Those requests belong with the identified product’s own support service.
Before contacting a service, make sure the support details belong to that exact product. Do not use a contact solely because it appears next to a similar app name.
